MJ threads must end NOW!

No more send mj to jail threads, that is totally inappropriate, sometimes i wonder about the intelligence of my fellow man.

Remember the last allegation, where mj had so much evidence to support his innocence the police gave up

This will happen again! I just wish he was found innocent in court tomorrow and mj truely would be invincible. The press wouldnt know what to say as the innuendo would be obliterated!

And one final warning!

This sort of thing could happen to anyone so dont go off critizising him!

In my heart i believe he is innocent and with 24hr nannies following him everywhere they wont prove anything!

How many more sick arseholes are there out there that want to bring this guy down its pathetic i hope they rot in hell!

How many arseholes out there are going to keep defending this pedo-monster? He is NOT above the law. Bring him down, his nannys down, and anyone else he has paid to keep quiet. His second chances have run out. Take your blinders off and know that adults that harm children need to go to jail.

none of us know what kind of evidence the police have. none of us know the details, whatsoever, involved in the case against michael jackson. i'm not saying he's innocent, but i'm also not saying he's guilty. it certainly looks bad (how coud it not, regardless of who you are) and it seems especially disturbing that this is the second time these kind of allegations have surfaced. MJ is a walking bulls eye, however, and should not be automatically convicted in public opinion. He may be weird and even a little crazy but he's still an American and should receive the benefits of 'innocent until proven guilty'. We forget that when a famous person is involved in a criminal case.

For all we know michael, who is cooperating with police, may have an alibi or two and he may be able to dismiss the charges as soon as he gets to the police interview. This could simply be a personal thing between a former friend and MJ. we just don't know anything yet.

I do hope, for his sake and everyone involved, that his innocence is proven. we need to all be mature and wait to see how this unfolds; what kind of evidence materializes, what mj has to say, and what the accuser has to say.

I say this as someone who has had fond and not-so-fond memories of Michael Jackson. You could make a soundtrack of my childhood with his stuff alone. He was always on our radio, our record player, our television, whether it was the summer, Halloween (when Thriller vid dropped), or Christmas. Yet I also went through a period where I disliked him b/c I thought Prince was the more talented artist (that was silly, but teenagers can be that way). Now, I appreciate his music but I have a personal distaste for what it appears that he has done to his body, his career, and his life.

With those biases being disclosed, I have a few thoughts:

1. It is clear that the charging authorities have tracked him for some time. It is also likely that the charging parties knew Jackson was out of town and/or knew of the release date of his CD.

2. MJ is to blame for all of this. Not because he did it, necessarily. Because he put himself in situations where someone could presume that he was taking part in inappropriate activity. Admitting to sleeping with children, being disturbingly affectionate with a 12-year old on worldwide TV? Continuing to surround yourself with unchaperoned children for years after you know you beat a criminal charge -- narrowly -- for the same thing? Even if he weren't guilty, in my opinion, he was monumentally stupid.

3. When the charging authorities say that a state law was passed BECAUSE of Michael Jackson (eliminating the requirement of consent of alleged child abuse victims to get testimony), they were out to get him if and when he screwed up by putting himself in a compromising situation with a child again. MJ should have known that.

4. I am hoping he didn't do it, but the vibes he gives off are really scary. I fear for him and for the kids he associates with. Even if he isn't an abuser, he certainly seems disturbed.

5. The tone of the DA and the sheriff was totally inappropriate. For example, the first thing the DA said to the press was, "we hope you stay a while, we need the sales tax money." Dumb. If I were the defense attorney, I'd use that press conference at trial.

6. He'd better hire Johnnie again.

The police raided Pee Wee Herman's house about a year ago & took away a lot of porno. He hasn't been charged with anything and people are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. No one calls Pee Wee a pornographer. You don't hear people calling Pee Wee Herman a perv - lets at least give old MJ the same break. MJ is at least as innocent as Pee Wee don't you think???

Tom sneddon the DA has a personal vendeta against MJ, possubly fueled by MJ's song D.S. Although the lryics name Dom Sheldon it sounds more like Tom Sneddon. At one point he even say Dom S. Sneddon ie pronuced Tomas Sneddon. The fact he was joking about these serious allegations says more about his own lack of credibility than it does about MJ.
Also the thing I have noticed is all of this is "inside information" ie gossip
Wait till there is confirmation before you damm this man. By the way anyone who wants to comment on this topic in my mind has no right to until they read the 94 GQ article "Was Michael (or possibly Michael Jackson) framed". Despite the title this is not a biased article there are several points which come across which you will probably not heard such as the boy's father demanding 20 million dollars before the accusations even became public. Or that the boy although admitting he could identify his genitals mantained to the end he had NOT been molested. You must read this article. There is a copy on Steve harvey's website or if you just searched for it on goolge I'm sure you would find it.

Actually, I do. (meaning I hear, or have recently heard people calling him a perv).
I thought he'd already been charged with possession of child abuse images (not pornography because that's something completely different).

But I agree with you, let's not write MJ off as a perv yet. Weird, naive, and just plain stupid he may well be, but he has yet to be convicted of any wrong doing.
Innocent until proven guilty.

You complain that many stories being circulated about MJ are gossip & rumor but yet you present this vendetta as a fact. So somewhere, according to you, the DA has stated that he has a vendetta against MJ. It must be because you have stated this vendetta as a fact.

You are just as bad at spreading rumors & gossip as everyone else. You present stories you've heard as fact when in truth you have no proof that the DA has a vendetta. You just feel that way because it agrees with your view of MJ.

If Michael Jackson was so innocent the first time around, why did he settle out of court with that other little boy? Couldn't he have proved in civil court that there was no evidence that the boy had been molested? As someone who has been molested, sorry. I am going to be on the child's side until it is proven that he is lying.

There are a lot of reasons why people settle out of court. It has nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

How about flippin that question to the victim and his family... if the victim was so right and the family was so right, why would they accept a pay off and not try to prevent this from ever happening again to another child? Who would place a price on a ruined child's life?

I have known both victims and falsely accused people--the damage caused to the victims if the charges are true are irreversible; as is the damage caused to falsely accused people.

I have never looked at it look that, NPS. You are right. That reflects very badly on the parents that they would take money instead of seeing it all the way through in a court of law and possibly preventing it from happening to someone else's kid. I guess I think it reflects on Michael that he wouldn't fight it in criminal court as no amount of money would be worth my name and reputation. I guess I really can't be objective when it comes to this.
