Hi

I just came back from the London Jazz Festival in London(of all place! hehe), UK and their was this young female funk jazz artist on stage with her band performing for free called,Bembe Segue.

She is a west london latino singer, composer and producer, She mixes jazz, Latin and blues with the beats of contemporary hip-hop and lyrics that stir the heart and soul.

Anyway i was standing by the band getting my drinks when suddenly i heard a familar sound, a sound of music which i was not expecting to hear in the Royal Festival Hall...it was the start of Muse 2The Pharohe, sung by her and her band! wow what a cool funky version it was as well. I missed what she had to say about the tune but im sure she would have said something special.

But it was so nice to see people digging the jam in such a beautiful venue. She did justice to music!
