Sting's "Sacred Love" I've been chillin' to this disc for awhile now... I'm lovin' it!
Especially: Send Your Love Stolen Car (Take Me Dancing) Whenever I Say Your Name (duet with Mary J. Blige) Never Coming Home This War Sacred Love Anyone else lovin' this one? |

It's a good album, but I don't think it's one of Sting's best. Still, four or five of the tracks on there are classic Sting.

first listen I hated it.. i'm finally starting to warm up to it a little. for some reason i find it very contrived, like it's "product"... especially the duet with Mary J. Blige. But it does have some good songs on it.

It's a great record! Defnitely one that grows on you though kinda like Soul Cages. But once you get used to it, it's a really fantastic album. Sting is like Prince, even his "eh" stuff is better than most people's great stuff! But JonSnow you do have a point, it IS a lot more produced than any of his past records. I noticed that too and am still not sure how I feel about it, but I think it's supposed to be more of an international sounding album what with all the world music influences and such. So I think a lot of the production is supposed to give it a sort of techno/club type vibe.
