TRON

I just heard on Larry King that an arrest warrant has been served. This is really serious.

It's hard to imagine Mike behind bars, but maybe that's the only way that he will "get it",and finally understand that it's wrong to have "sleepovers" at his home.Whether or not he actually molested these kids,it's STILL wrong what he was doing. But,sadly,he still doesn't realize this disbelief

Okay, I'm scanning the internet globe for this, and have yet to find anything regarding an arrest warrant. TRON, got a source? Something you can post here?

Or he's just playing dumb to appear innocent and naive and to perpetuate his behaviour. By playing the "I never had a childhood and I never grew up" bit, he wins peoples' sympathy. People end up feeling sorry for him instead of really questioning what's going on.

They're saying that if he doesn't turn himself in, they may arrest him in Las Vegas.

from Ebony (Dec 1982):

Have you had very much experience with women?

“No, just Tatum.”

What about sex?

“I believe you should be married before getting into any heavy stuff.”

Anybody you’re serious about now?

“Well, Brooke Shields and I talk a lot on the phone—an awful lot.”

So are you going with her?

“Just say we talk a lot.”

Any Black ladies in you life?

“Sure, but you wouldn’t take me seriously.”

Try me.

“It’s Diana Ross. I love her.”

You’re not saying you’d like to marry Diana Ross, are you?

“Oh yeah, I’m saying that.”

But she’s so much older than you. You mean you feel something other than close friendship for her?

“Uh huh. And what does age have to do with it? Look at it this way: how old would you be if you didn’t even know how old you are?

Exactly.Hopefully this time around,he and the people around him will finally realize that THERE IS A PROBLEM and that it needs to be dealt with, once and for all.No more excuses this time ("He's never had a normal childhood",blah blah blah).

JUNE 7,there is an arrest warrant,I heard it on my local newschannel at 11.Mike is in Las Vagas filming a music video, but if he had been at Neverland, they would have hauled in him.I think that, this time, they have some hardcore evidence and not just the accusation itself?

I think there has to be evidence or else it would be a false arrest. And once a warrant has been issued, they have to serve it. I heard that the family doesn't want a settlement either. They want justice to be served.

Hey, Jacko's a sick fuckeroo, BUT he was innocent of molesting Jordy Chandler. Chandler's dad basically scammed Jacko. There was a very persuasive article on it printed here a while back.

Might be more of the same, might be something more serious.

Was that the one printed in vanity Fair around end of 1993 - it WAS very good, and brought up a HELL of a lot of stuff in Mikey's favour that was blatantly over-looked by the gutter press.

Sad fact: BS sells as well as smells.

As much as I think he (unfortunately) had it coming 4 a long time being the way he is, Im not convinced - its the one thing that could have destroyed his image. He's never recovered from it.

Let's see where it goes. THE TRUTH WILL OUT as they say.

I only hope Mikey is strong enough not 2 end up the way I imagine he may very well end up in the future...

Hell, if they raided my house a few times, i'd prolly b in prison, and so would a lot of other people.

wacky say wut?

Ok, misguiding statement on my part. All i wanted to say is, if they raid mine or your or anybody's house, what r the chances of finding some drugs, illegally downloaded music, porn files of 'barely 18yr olds', or a cleaning lady who is hired illegally. Of course a search warrant can only b for specific charges, so, mmm, nevermind duh

Mmmm...
Michael has been in vegas for 3 weeks now, has been in local papers there every day, it was well known he was there, hell that's prolly the reason y they did the raid now. So if they wanted to arrest him, they easily could have. Two possibilities: there is no arrest warrent OR they have a reason to play it this way. The news about an arrest warrent only has one source anyway, a rather dubious one, so we still have to c.

I honestly never knew what to think of all these stories.

Seeing him talk about children sleeping in his bedroom in
that recent interview was very weird.

By any means, his behaviour isn't normal.

Yet, I do wonder about those parents as well, who 1stly
let their child go off and sleep at his house.

And second, if any child of yours would be sexually
molested by an adult man, would you settle out of
court??

I don't care how many millions the fucker would throw
my way, I'd have him for lunch. If not through the
legal system, through some other way. But he would be
minced meat by the time I were through with such a
dude.

So what then makes these people decide to take the cash
and shut up??

I think sometimes actions speak louder than words.

Yet, in this case, MJ's own actions also speak for
themselves. Probably something happened there, yes
but all parties are pretty sickening to start with.

MJ and the parents.

Right now, if your child gets molested by MJ and you
go to court, that is -to me- a way of pimping your own
child. Go sleep with MJ, then if he molests you we can
make a quick buck.

Man... who could have imagined all of this 20 years ago?

It's really sad the way the Michael Jackson phenomenon is turning out.

The following excerpt appears in CNN's main feature on the Jackson affair:

"Sneddon said he did not know whether the parents of the accuser were aware of the past allegations."

what i don't get is why the parents didn't go through with the charges and prosecute him the first time. its not like they would have to do one or the other (file a civil suit or state case). many people participate in state prosecutions against a person and then get involved in a civil case. can anyone say "o.j."?

Actually, the Vanity Fair article (after the Diane Sawyer live TV interview) was quite the opposite -- it thoroughly discredited the GQ article and a bunch of statements MJ made to Sawyer. J. Chandler didn't want to prosecute; that's why things couldn't proceed. Not so lucky this time.

Jackson's certainly gone on the offensive again, but I guess there's not much choice. The DA and the sheriffs had a good laugh over the "did you time this to ruin his CD sales" thing.
