NEW JOVI CD is AMAZING

THIS LEFT FEELS RIGHT...Bon Jovi's newest CD and the close of the first 20 years of their work. Whether you like JOVI or not the fact is the Band can PLAY and does not deserve to be lumped in that POISON, WARRANT, WINGER, CINDERELLA etc group. Those bands were all followers of a "hair band" craze that even BON JOVI themselves didnt start, none of those bands were even decent, they were awful plain and simple. BON JOVI can play and perform and put on amazing LIVE shows and thats what its all about. Their worldwide popularity is almost unmatched, they are even bigger oveseas than they EVER were in the states, and now they sell more in Europe than European artists.

On this NEW cd BON JOVI has redone some of their OLDER SONGS and made them almost totally NEW SONGS. Basically the LABEL wanted another GREATEST HITS album with a new track or 2 but JOVI refused because he said that would Be a rip off to make your fans buy the same songs just to get a nw track, so they decided to REDO some OLD SONGS for this release and trust me U will never notice them at all. Every artist with a greatest hits album should always REDO their songs. Originally they were going to just do them all acoustic since the end of their last tour was ALL ACOUSTIC but when they recorded it, they had over 3 hours of material and couldnt pick it out, including one show in JAPAN that was over 4 hours. So the BAND voted and tested it out and got together with PATRICK LEONARD and started reworking their songs and came up with 12 tracks.
GREAT JOB GUYS!

I'm intrigued by some of the reviews I've read of this CD, Some fans hate it, while others adore it because it shows a whole different side of the songs, and just how impressive the songs themselves really are. I'm definitely interested in hearing this- could you post a tracklist? I haven't seen one on Amazon...

Well I have been a fan of theirs since 1983 and have mutual friends because my cousins grew up around the same area of Jersey that Richie and Jon did, so I guess IM partial, I too read some fans reviews and the fact they hated the idea and sound but thats just FEAR of change and not having an open mind going into something, I think now BONJOVI is going for RESPECT from their peers with they never have gotten, to their peers they are still considered LUCKY to make it, and to most critics they are hated, and in most reviews over the years they are too busy talking about JONS hair than the MUSIC and PLAYING. But i have seen them about 15 times and they are one of the tighest bands I have ever heard. But anyway heres a tracklist...

They covered the Mandy Moore song!

I've always wanted to get something of theres but glad I avoided this when I heard some samples. I think I should get their hits CD first, right?

It is amazing...

Amazing no-one slapped JBJ upside the head and said "Oi! Bon Jovi! NOOO!"

It's a truly cringeful album, really sad actually 'cos I really like(d) Bon Jovi.

Your glowing endorsement has piqued my interest. Now I gotta see how good/bad it really is!

...adding it to my list of 1,000 things I should check out.
