what I dont understand is..

who doesn't have his first 3 solo albums?? I mean how can he have "greatest hits" when his only good music comes off the 3 albums Quincy did everything on?

WHY would you have to buy them again? EVERYONE owns the 3 albums anyone cares about?

MJ Greatest Hits Packages are only comming out because:

1) Settling out of court for underage sex charges.
2) NO ONE likes or cares about his new music! It sucks.. so he keep putting out "greatest hits" to prolong the truth.

NO one cares anymore.

actually, it's because he owes Sony a compilation before he can get out of his contract with them.

I see the MJ set isn't being pushed for the tradional $9.99 that albums like Brintey's and Blink 182's are. Just wondering if this means that the MJ set isn't that much of a priority for Epic. I think its is getting a push but not a huge one. I hardly expect it to be number one next week.

I saw an ad for Circuit City...$11.99 for the disc, & $11.99 for the DVD --- or both for $20.00!!!

Apart form the nine million who bought Invincible. As for "his only good music comes off the 3 albums Quincy did everything on" is a matter of opinion. And if you've heard the demos of Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough, Working Day And Night and Billie Jean you would realise that Quincy didn't do "everything" at all.

First of all,it is Sony (not Michael) who keeps putting out all these greatest hits sets.I doubt that Michael has very little control in these matters.Secondly,as for your assertion that "nobody cares about his new music",the same could also be said of Prince. When was the last time he had a hit record?

People do care.

I'm anticipating the CBS special, and actually look forward to all his releases. Prince's too. I go straight to the store for the latest release when that drops too. I'm still waiting for an artist that will get me interested in them as I am in P, MJ, Maddy and Stevie... it may have happened with OutKast (esp. Andre3000), but only time will tell if they're here for the long run. confused
