So why won't my Cyndi Lauper promo play

I got a promo cd, selections from her new cd At Last. I see that its copy protected (not to play in a PC or Mac) but it says that it will play in home cd players.

NOT

It reads the cd and displays 'No Play'

this sucks, I really want to hear the songs.

Ever had this happen?
