is "forever changes" by love the greatest album of all time?

my all time favorite album is sott by prince but i must admit the more have have listened to arthur lee's stunning masterpiece "forever changes", im not so sure now. when you listen to this album it is amazing to think it was recorded 36 years ago and yet it still sounds so fresh and amazingly good sound quality when you compare it to other albums recorded around that time eg.pet sounds.

...it is such a shame that drugs seemed to take control of him after this album was released and he never again got anywhere near the brilliance shown on this album.

It's a good album. But as for "Greatest album of all time"?
