Have u ever made ur own real lp, or seen how LP's are made? I remember seeing lXG (League Of Extraordinary Men) and they had this record, and the lady said "its recording". I wonder has anybody really done this b4? Seen the device? Know the cost?
I remember a radio in the 80's that had that avaliable, but im not sure if it was really what it said (i was only 8 years old at the time). Straight Jacket Funk Affair

I haven't made my own lp, i'd like 2 tho!. I read something about how LPs r made 1nce in a book.
I doubt 2day people would make LPs, they would make CDs instead.

i have seen in done in a plant before from start to finish.
very cool process. they do make home machines now that basically allow you to connect an audio source (anolog or digital) to a turntable like device. the device comes with special vinyl/acetate type plates that will record from the audio source directly to the vinyl and thus creating your own record/12 inch. there are a few out now, but i dont know the price. the first one i saw was called the "vinyl cutter" or something like that.
