Go-Go's "This Town" (1981) (C. Caffey/J. Wiedlin) We all know the chosen toys Of catty girls and pretty boys Make up that face Jump in the race Life's a kick in this town Life's a kick in this town CHORUS This town is our town It is so glamorous Bet you'd live here if you could And be one of us Change the lines that were said before We're all dreamers - we're all whores Discarded stars Like worn out cars Litter the streets of this town Litter the streets of this town

MAN, ERASERHEAD!! I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY HUMAN BEING ON EARTH WHO REMEMBERS (WHEN I WAS A YOUNGSTER) AND GROOVED ON JIMMY CASTOR BUNCH (ESPECIALLY, E-MAN BOOGIE) WAS THAT A FUNKING JAM OR WHAT!!! IT SHOULD HOLD A PLACE IN FUNK MUSIC HISTORY AS ONE OF THE STANKIEST, FUNKIEST JAMS IN THE UNIVERSE!!!

great music! I heard The Bunch got back together. i'm only 21 years old, so i can't really remember hearing this music on the radio But my dad has a great LP collection of old seventies music (and lots of jazz 2). One day, he gave the entire collection to me and that's how i discovered Jimmy Castor Bunch, and got into jazz. It is true, Jimmy Castor Bunch is extremely funky en stanky, and i find it odd that few people know the Bunch because they made some very very good music back in the days. They have a very unique sound. right now i'm listening to: Laid back - white horse 80's dance classic! very good
