A Night at the Opera and The Game are both excellent. I would also recommend both greatest hits packages too. Their last cd, recorded just before Freddy's death is so haunting. It's kind of melancholy, but it's also beautiful.

I quite like their '70's stuff but I don't own a single album of theirs.

I'm not sure why but i can't stand Queen.
Along with Sting and Madonna, Freddy Mercury's voice makes me shudder. Also, the guitar break in "I want to break free" has to be one of the worst moments in music ever.

IT´s funny cuz I had a crazy Queen-phase
during a short period of time 1990-91. I was only listening 2 funk & soul but got more & more into rockgroups when I during these month got absolutly hooked on Queen & got all them albums & I was devistated when Freddie died, then all of a sudden I lost completely interest in them & I could´nt believe that I was once a fan. I never listened 2 them again until recently just 2 see what memories it would bring. & that 1979 live album along with "Queen II" & "Sheer heart attack" brought a little nostalgia when I noticed I still remembered the lyrics. /peace Manki

That's because it's a keyboard solo and not a guitar solo. Endo - u should be ashamed! Prepare 2 recieve some burns in the post soon...org note me your addy

One of the most under-rated bands ever. Night at the Opera is a must have.

My mate Ellen is seriously into Queen. I have that silver box set they brought out with tons of hits on it. I think their music is great. I'd love to see one of their concert vids. NOTE: THIS ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE CONTACT “K A M L L E”

Annie Lenox and David Bowie singing Under Pressure was amazing! But anyway, I think Queen are really cool, I've seen some documentaries about them. One thing I hate is that the classic rock radio station here ONLY plays Bohemian Rhapsody, as if that was their ONLY song!

My favourite Queen song seems to get ignored by everyone who puts together compilations of their greatest hits and is hardly ever played on the radio. I think it's a beautiful, beautiful song:
Love of my life you've hurt me You've broken my heart and now you leave me Love of my life can't you see Bring it back bring it back Don't take it away from me Because you don't know What it means to me Love of my life don't leave me You've taken my love you now desert me Love of my life can't you see Bring it back bring it back Don't take it away from me Because you don't know What it means to me You will remember When this is blown over And everything's all by the way When I grow older I will be there at your side to remind you How I still love you I still love you Back hurry back Please bring it back home to me Because you don't know What it means to me Love of my life Love of my life Yeah
