According to the dutch website www.zonnet.nl the Rolling Stones will not be appearing at the HarbourFest concert, because they weren't able to plan more gigs in the region around that particular date. Other artist scheduled to appear according to Zonnet (besides P who is also mentioned) are Westlife, Santana and Craig David.
