Early 90's , Not 80's, Jam of the Day "Temptation" by Corina

you know you love this tune. I remember a whole summer on the New Jersey shore as a kid loving every second of this song.

Wrong again Chemmie! That song was released in 1991 and I have the CD to prove (found it in a bargin bin). Why don't you just stick to being wrong on the P&R forum. I'm just kidding...but seriously, I'll go find the CD f you want to prove it...smile.

I wish Corina would comeback or they would release some kind of hits colletion (granted she only really had this big hit but they do it all the time!). The reason I want a collection is becuase there is this amazing dance/R&B verison of "Summertime, Summertime" that she does which did dent the Top 100 (at 84 I believe) but never really went any where other than on a "So So Def Collection" (which I bought and was really good). I would love that song a Corina CD. And in the video she looked insanly hot and better (and younger!) than she does on the cover of the "Corina" CD (which I have, from 1991...). lol

NO FUCKIN WAY!!! lol

Damn. Now i have to edit the name of this thread.

I know the version of "Summertime Summertime" you are talking about. That So So Def Bass Allstarts Vol. 2 (I think it was Vol. 2) had a TON of great songs on it. It had a fresh "My Boo" remix and Enoj's "Let me Love You Down".

Man, I thought I was much younger when that came out. But I still remember being on the beach listening to it non-stop.

I know people who'd get this confused with Lisette Melendez's "Together Forever" because the begining of each song sounds like the other.
