Josh Rouse- 1972 Ive been keepin up with this guy ever since I heard the song "Directions" off of the Vanilla Sky Soundtrack.. His music is great.. I think this new album is his 3rd album.. and its called "1972" and I must say its pretty damn good.. It has a vibe of that era to it, but its very acoustical and upbeat, lots of beautiful tracks. What I like about this guy is with every album he writes/creates, its always a little more creative and fresh sounding. I rate this new cd 4 stars out of 5. Definantly one of his best. "Under the cold blue stars" is also a great album.

Wow! :: I thought I only knew about this guy. I saw his video for "Love Vibration" on MTV2 one night. I thought the song was really groovy. It had a singer-songwriter, happy, Brady Bunch-type feel to it. And how often do you hear saxaphone solos on pop songs these days?
