Pink Floyd did some very obscure and odd songs as well, back in the day they were using kitchen utensils to make sounds. Well, yes, but Radiohead are compared not to the Ummagumma, crazy Floyd but DSOTM, The Wall, legendary Floyd. "Lucky" is VERY Pink Floydish, though I don't think that was their intent when creating it. Everytime I hear "How To Dissapear Completely" I get shivers. I hate Pink Floyd (apart from the one track about "The grass in greener!?") but I love Radiohead.
I admit, I think they are vanishing up their own arse a bit at the moment, but overall, there output is good. Muse have taken their crown in my eyes. . | |

I have to say that Muse live kicks ass on Radiohead live. (From the concerts I've been to anyway). Still love Radiohead though. | |

For those who can't get enough of Radiohead, they were awarded Q's Best Band in the world award here in London yesterday.
Radiohead boycotted the ceremony, however, on account of Q labelling them "miserable" in one of their articles this year. So they chose not to attend. Great to see Radiohead taking it on the chin with aplomb. They really are a barrelfull of laughs if you get to know them. . "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs.
