Always wondered ...

I grew up listening to Simon and Garfunkel albums of my fathers ... always thought Paul Simon was a great lyricist/singer... but he never kept my attention like Prince did ...

When Paul Simon and Prince were both at Warners ... i always wondered if they ever met !!?? I know they were both musical guests on SNL anniversary special ... they are both short ... it would be an interesting collaboration ... Prince is so gifted musically and Paul Simon lyrics ... in my opinion ... are the closest to "perfect" ... so often ...

any other fans ... !!??

I have been looking at tickets ... lately ... Simon and Garfunkel tickets at Madison Square Garden ... good seats for like 254.00 !!?? some sites have em ... scalpen i guess ... for 1200.00 !!??? what is up with that !!?? lol

for that money ... gettin close to "meet and greet" territory for Sheila's foundation ...

I love Simon & Garfunkel very much. Punky's Dilema is always good for picking me up.

i remember seeing art garfunkel onthe tonight show or something ... back in the day ... and someone asked him about new artists that he listend to ... and he surprised me ... and said ... something like suzanne vega ... and Prince ... i was shocked ...

at least there is one ... by the way ... what is punkys delemna about ... any clues !!?? always wondered ...

I agree with you, Prince & Simon would be a very interesting collaboration, and I for one would love to see it!

Hoping that the S & G tour will come here to Australia... but not holding my breath.

I bought their Greatest Hits to play in the office... and everyone gave me grief about it. Love the music tho'!!!

I was seriously looking into tickets .. as i said above ... but they are expensive ... the scalpers seem to be really making a killing too ...

they seem to be goin everywhere - in the USA ... i have a choice ... to see em in philly , atlantic city ... or NYC ... if ... i can get some decent tix...
