Don't think I've seen it. But, I did like them using Billy Wither's "Lovely Day" a couple of years ago. But, instead of going out and buying Gap jeans, I actually bought his greatest hits comp instead.

I like the commercial and really don't mind hearing the song in there. Just took my daughter to see EWF and she says "OOHHH that's where that song is from!".

It gets on my nerves with the way they've edited the song. It rubs me the wrong way for some odd, lame reason.

I like it, and I'm not ashamed. It's a fact of life that in our culture that which is good will invariably be used to sell something. As I stated above, this used to REALLY bother me. But at the end of the day, does hearing a snippet of a song in a different context really matter to me? No, it doesn't. And with CD sales dropping, I think artists with solid back catalogues are probably more inclined to accept advertising offers than they would otherwise have been. For me, there are other areas in which I'd rather invest my emotions.
