I know! It rocks. And it would've made a good contrast to "Just Like Heaven".

I taped it last night too.Robert Smith's look hasn't changed in years. He looks the same now than he did in the 80s.

They were on British TV a year ago. It was on Dom Jolly's (UK Tom Green imitator) woeful attempt at a new format. They played to an audience of people dressed as bears. They did 'Inbetween Days' and 'A Night Like This'. 2 of my fave tracks but, and it gives me no pleasure at all to say this, they messed 'em up.

I've never heard a satisfactory rendition of 'Inbetween Days' live. Always too much keyboard and not enough acoustic guitar, a pale immitation of the recorded version.

Last album of theirs I bought was 'Wish'. I kinda lost interest when they released about 3 live albums in a row. Have they done anything worth having since then?

Pick up the Bloodflowers album and Trilogy DVD. It's some of the best work of their career.

Really? I was a bit sceptical when they claimed 'Bloodflowers' formed a trilogy with 'Pornography' and 'Disintegration' as those are their best albums ever. It smacked of marketing to me. Is it really in the same league? Promise?

Well, a lot of fans think so. It's very dreamy and midtempo like a lot of the Disintegration stuff. Robert said he was trying to make a classic Cure album and in that sense he succeeded. All the songs are very enjoyable and easy to get into. If you get it though, you've gotta get the Triology dvd too. Seeing it all live makes all the difference.

"BloodFlowers" is a perfect album. It's way better than "Wild Mood Swings" and a lot better than "Wish."

What!? Wild Mood Swings is worse than Wish? I loved all their albums until Wish came along. I got really bored & annoyed with it. Then it was all these lives albums & then they came back with some duff single and I just thought 'fugedaboudit'.

Promise me I won't regret Bloodflowers?
