I think there was a nother thread on this but I can't find it...I love this show...I don't think I could put up with a lot of Jessica Simpson's personality traits but that's what makes the show so funny.

As viewers of the MTV hit "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" know, Jessica Simpson loves to spend money. But a recent incident shows that her hubby Nick Lachey is -- well, thrifty!

When the couple had a two-hour lunch at posh restaurant The Ivy in Los Angeles, "they ordered everything under the sun -- appetizers, seafood salads, steak, dessert and a couple of bottles of champagne," said a source.

"They had the entire wait staff catering to their every need. And the bill came to $1,100!

"When it came time to pay, Jessica went to put down what she thought to be a tip worthy of the bill.

"But Nick flipped and told her, 'That's too much! We have to cut corners somewhere.'

"And he left a $14 tip.

"The waiters and manager couldn't believe they left such a small tip!"

Wow. I've seen only a few snippets from the show, and that woman is a mess. I felt sorry for Nick, but it's good to see that he's an ass too. They deserve each other.

jessica is the dumbest woman i've ever seen on tv. Nick must see something else in her because it's not brains.

I have to admit, I LOVE THIS SHOW TOO.. If i dont' catch it on tuesday nights.. i make sure i catch re-runs.. Jessica simpson is a spoiled premadonna.. but to watch her is hilarious.. and I too feel for Nick.. Poor guy! I wonder what they saw in each other to get married
