MADONNA'S DIFFICULT APPEARANCE

The star will make an appearance at the BARNES + NOBLE bookstore in the Rockefeller Center to promote her children's book THE ENGLISH ROSES, which has shot to the top of international best-seller lists. But, sources tell the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, fans shouldn't count on getting too close to their heroine: "Madonna is being very, very difficult with this signing. "She's pre-signed all the books and will simply hand them to fans, with no personalizing. She has also said she will not pose for pictures. Those who bring cameras will have them taken away." === If there's any truth to it, then it's COLD. Why turn up at all? | |

That really appears to be what you want to do when your star is falling...become difficult! This along with being "featured" on the next Brintey Spears single...let me just say stop wroning about Whitney becuase something tells me Madonna is on something! I just wish I had something nice to say about Madonna Maybe I will if she ever gets up off her ass and releases something, anything new off AL(I don't see it happening and this will probably be the first offical Madonna album to only have 2 singles with neither one doing well!). | |

she gets paid huge money to have her photo taken, why let people cheapen her asking price by letting them do it for free?
also, there are thousands of pictures of Madonna taken everywhere. she probably gets sick of fans sticking their cameras in her face and then posting them on the net, or selling them to tabloids. at an "official" event, she probably just wants to do what she's there to do without the usual bullshit. you can take pics of her walking in or walking out if you want, i guess. of course, it's pretty fucking stupid. but then,  that's what celebrities do... find new ways to act like a celebrity. | |
