"touch a four-leaf clover, maybe you will get over..."

Yeah,I dig this song. Has a cool,mellow,laid-back vibe to it.This was a sizable hit in the fall of 1983,but Sharon Bryant went solo soon after it was released.Ironically, she left just before they began having their biggest hits.

You know what's funny? After Sharon left Atlantic Starr in 1984,they went from one female singer to another.Barbara Weathers appeared on their biggest hits "Secret Lovers" (1985) and "Always"(1987),but then she eventually went solo too.Another female singer was brought in for the 1989 'We're Movin On' album, but she left soon after it was released.Another female was added to the group for the 1991 'Love Crazy' album, and she appeared on their final smash hit "Masterpiece" (1992).She stuck around for one more album in 1994,then left the band (surprise,surprise...lol).Last I checked, the group released a CD independently and of course, they had yet another female vocalist...lol...

Yeah, I thought about that too. Only the lead female singer that get replaced in Atlantic Starr.

What goes around behind the closed doors? Come 2 think of it, what I notice about the 80's groups is they always keep a low-profile when a certian member split from the group. In the 90's & 00's however, are publishly opened when a member split from a group.

For example(which is off-topic), to this day I wanna know what is the ugly thang that happend between Rene Moore & Angela Winbush. Do you know that they're still dragging each other to courts to this very day? Its true, yet they still aren't opened about the reason why they split up. I heard something about Rene being physically abusive altho I don't know whether its true or not cuz I can't prove it.

I still wonder why about the noise with AS and their ever-so-replaced female singers.
