I've been on a total 1979 kick today... i've been listenin to some of my stuff on vinyl today, and for some reason most of the albums that i've been listenin to were released in '79, such as:
--earth, wind & fire, i am (i got this playin now as i type) --phyllis hyman, you know how to love me --donna summer, bad girls i've just been pullin out albums at random today and listenin to 'em...and they're all from the same year. weeeird. old-skoolers, what were some other good tunes that came out in '79? | |

LOL...he was the star of the TV series "Makin It",but it only lasted about 6 episodes,if I'm not mistaken.The theme song reached the Top 5 in the summer of '79.The show was loosely based on 'Saturday Night Fever'.In the mid 80s,he had a small role on the TV show "My Sister Sam" with Pam Dawber,but he hasn't been heard from since. | |
