I know there are loads of Bowie fans out there, so I hope you can help.

I've just started really listening and collecting his music.

It started with Ziggy which I have had for years but recently I've purchased Low, Hunky Dory, Aladin Sane, The Man who sold the world and Diamond Dogs.

To be honest I'm still digesting these albums but once I get a taste for something I've got to get it all. (Anyone else have this problem? It happened to me not so long ago with Stevie Wonder!)

I'm drawn towards Station to Station next and then maybe Young Americans.

I would really appreciate the benefit of all your wisdom.

"Heroes", Scary Monsters & Station To Station are must haves.

For those of you Bowie fans in England, there is very good TV coverage this week.

Bowie's Millions, the Liquid Assets episode Friday on BBC3

He is a guest on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on BBC1

And two films:
Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence tonight on BBC2
The Man Who Fell To Earth Friday night on BBC2

Having seen the Prince episode of Liquid Assets, it'll be interesting to compare the fortune of Prince with that of Bowie.

"Low" is probably my favourite followed closely by "Hunky Dory".

If you are "soul oriented" Young americans and Black tie white noise could be cool for you. Of the lattest a special 3 cd set was released recently, featuring the regular cd, a cd of b-sides and remixes and a dvd packed full of clips, performances and interviews, all at the special price (25-30$, it depends on where you get it).

My suggestion BUY ALL BOWIE RECORDS!!! they are so fab.
But if you have to spare some $$$, in my opinion you could live without Tonight, Tin Machine I & II and Never let me down

Space Oddity actually has some very nice tracks. I'd sorta work my way chronologically upwards and stop at 1983 Also, get the Ziggy live Hammersmith and the BBC sessions (Ronno!)
