She is reported to be working with Dr.Dre on her next album. I don't know if this is a good thing to you or not but personally working with Dr.Dre is not that significant to me anymore. | |

Angie Stone appears on the latest EW&F CD,on the song "Wonderland".She has also been touring with the "Chicago" stage musical (based on the movie).She plays the part that Queen Latifah did in the film. | |

Angie Stone has a good voice, and I like some of her songs. I just can't help feeling that her sound is somewhat recycled. Is her working with Dre a bold step, or an attempt to sell more records? Let's see. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

I'm not against the idea of working with Dr.Dre, he's a bad ass producer. Its just, he doesn't fit with her pakage(so to speak).
While Angie is mo' 2ward the earthy type of music, Dre is all about crazy beats and heavy-bass lines. Dave: yeah, I think I read somewhere that she's playing a broadway role 4 "Chicago"! | |
