ok...what kind of year was 1972 for r & b?

finess & david after giving me some great cuts from 30 years
ago (1973) why don't we do like mr. peabody & sherman (haha)
and go back in the "way back machine "to a year earlier!

what were some of the great r& b cuts from 1972?

can't anybody remember that far back?

the cuts i think came out then (i'm sleepy as a motha just
got in from work...so i'm hazy with this subject!)

joe tex: i gotcha
honey cone:want ads & stick up
freda payne; band of gold

(i could be wrong though)

anybody know about these?
