TONEX unveils underground concept double lp

I thought I would hip this to TONEX fans and to those about to become T fans.
I think the cat is a musical genius
And I think alot Prince fans will dig him and be amazed by his output of material.

Recently christian music chamelon innovator/visionary TONEX got his new album
passed on by the people at the label dept. He wasn't having it. So he decided
to give a chance for the listeners to buy it.

"OAKPARK 92510" is about growing up in that region of San Diego. You get to see
a glimpse of what its like to be there and live during that time to guide
yourself spiritually right. . Tonex has alot of personal songs on this one.
Oakpark is designed for the streets inspired by double albums of the past Songs
in the Key of Life and Sign O the Times." It is futuristic soundwise blurrin
the lines of Hip Hop/Soul/R&B/Gospel/Pop. He is a musician first and foremost.
Tonex's influences include :Stevie Wonder/Prince/Michael Jackson/Fred Hammond/
The Hawkins Family

This is the first of many underground projects to be sold directly to the
listener.
The Price is 30 includes shipping. You might say thats alot but its actually 2
discs 15 per piece. And this is one man operation. This is unique for a
signed artist to do this.

I am saying this for T fans and for non T fans on this board. He wanted to give
the listeners a chance to buy something he holds dear to him.

I am done with the intro.

To hear some contemporary veined R&B outtake trax from the past:
http://www.mp3.com/nureau
you can download these for free even

To order the album if you are a TONEX listener:

Here is a small clip of what to expect:Unexpected

Its all I have now for sample of it
Because they dont have a sampler together on the site to preview.

dig the guitar loop and the beat and the vocal harmonies and the flow on this
one:

Heres another small clip from a track off Oakpark:
Dig the atari sound efx and the Princesque background vocal harmonies
on this one

So i guess the only ones who will be buying this are T listeners at first.
To me this kid is a musical genius. And i was the biggest skeptic at first.
But I am convinced he is one of the "next" now.

And not only that he has a shelf of full length projects ready to go.

Thats the new word on TONEX and what he is up to. If you want to buy something
different from San Diego. HERE the FA it is

One,
HASSEN

What dont you get?

Its a innovative artist and its just word out that his double album is being sold directly to the consumer.

In T's words "Bjork meets Beck meets Tonex in the ghetto"

It is really different than what people know him from.
Its a statement album to smash a perception of him as a artist. He has an experimental futuristic mind set.

What's up with all the extra links? I didn't find any samples of the songs...or were you purposely not trying to post them?

Are you sure?
The links should work/ I think maybe you just need to stream them in a windows media player.

And let them load... by putting the url in the "Open Url"

command

if they dont just listen to the outtakes on

http://www.mp3.com/nureau

Anyways Im going to have a full review of Oakpark this weekend to let people know what this album is about.
