Ohio Players Funky Worm

Is this song nasty or what! Downloaded it last night and was like "DAMN!" This song has been sampled many times but I had never heard to real deal until last night. I didn't get deeply into music until around 78 so I missed a lot of the funk before then. Man I sure missed a lot! I'm totally rethinking my view of 70's music now that I have dug deeper into funk than the shit you always hear (Fire, Skin Tight, Brick House, Flashlight, etc). Other acts I'm enjoying now are Herbie Hancock (Doin It, Bubbles) BT Express and a lot of 71-75 Ohio Players stuff. I'm totally funked up on 70's shit right now! Help a brother out and hip me to more of what I missed.
