Hil St Soul

I just discovered her album released in 2000. Hilary Mwelwa has a great voice and the album is full of soul gems like "Strictly a Vibe Thang". I guess I missed the boat on this one but that's what happens when real artists are banished from mainstream radio. Anyone else out there cop her album and do you know if she has another one in the works?

I love this girl!

Have you heard 'Copasetik & Cool'? That's her 2nd album, which came out last year. It's definitely worth seeking out...

Might give it a spin right now...

Damn I had no idea she had another album out. Allmusic.com only lists the 2000 album and they are pretty good about keeping up to date. Was it released in the US? I had a hard enough time finding the first album over here.
