Bowie SACDs on Sep. 29th!!!!!!! It is my understanding that The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, Scary Monsters, and Let's Dance will be released on SACD Sept. 29th!!! Reality is also coming out on SACD!!! Anyone else who owns the SACD version of Heathen knows how great of news this is!  x 10,617!!!"Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

SACD = Super Audio CD. Check out http://interprod5.imgusa....7/home.asp for details. This isn't just another industry trick -- I can TOTALLY hear the difference on my SACDs! Even on recent albums like Ryan Adams's Gold, Bowie's Heathen, or Beck's Sea Change, it's night and day. CDs suck ass! SACD is fucking magical... They sound FAR better than standard CDs. They must be played on SACD players...I got a nice SACD/Progressive Scan DVD player for only about $250 at Circuit City. My wife is a pretty hardcore anti-audiophile, and she now swears allegiance to SACDs! The difference is amazing. "Drop that stereo before I blow your Goddamn nuts off, asshole!"

So, these rumors are indeed true? I had a slight fear that they might fall through (you know how Bowie projects can go sometimes!), so it's good to know it's real. I can't fucking wait. They are adding a 4th disc but there is not one single unreleased track on it, and it's been nearly 15 years since its original release The day the db anthology box ccmes out will be the day people will once again stand back and behold not only what this man is doing to this day, but just what amazing music he did, and has still not been heard - oh to thnk what's in that damn vault  | |

can someone please tell me if there´s a difference
between SACD & superaudio DVD CD´s whitch is supposed 2 have a digital surround sound if U have a set-up like that. /peace Manki | |
