God Help me, I like a Justin Timberlake song

"Take It From Here" is pretty nice. Dude still can't sing but I must admit it's a nice little R&B track. Don't get me wrong, I still think dude is over-hyped but I need to be honest since I said I thought his album was shit. So truthfully it's shit minus one song.

don't feel bad at all, i like 6 tracks on the cd. You don't have to like him to like the songs.

I like some culture club songs too, but don't care much for boy george, he seems to be a little pissy

Anyone heard his new single "Senorita"? Camille (Prince) gonna sue somebody! He took a few yells from "U Got the Look" or something.

I personally think he should stick to songs with a good production like "Gone" and "Cry Me a river".. the cry me a river is layered pretty good, a lot goin on in that song for an ordinary pop song.. if he popped a few of those types of songs out, he'd be doin fine.. there are a few songs on the latest cd that are just plain silly.

Too be honest, I dont wanna be a JT defender, but yes, I think he can sing.. That doesnt mean he's got good songs, but he actually does have a voice on him.

It's funny, I was gonna start a thread here with almost the identical title (I was gonna leave ou the "God"), but I was talkin' about the song "Dance with Me" that they're playing to death on the radio here (I think that's what it's called).

I wouldn't say I love it, but it's got an Off the Wall feel to it, that's cool.

music has no color ...i like all types of music and artist...i don't look at the color of their skin..if the music sounds good it should not make a difference if they are black white or hispanic.
music is colorblind or i thought that is the way it is suppose to be.

Yeah ure exactly right, Its good to know there are still some people who feel the same.. I will say that there are a lot of people who feel the exact opposite, and I also put a lot of artist in that catagorie, which can only see color.

Peace

I'm not especially fond of his voice but there really are some strong cuts on the album, if I have to be honest. Can I join the support group?

I still think over all the album is weak. One song doesn't make an album great or even good. All this talk about "Rock You Body" "Like I love You" and these other tracks blow my mind. The song writting is average at best and Justin struggles to sound "soulful" to a point where it's just plain embarrassing. With "Take It From Here" he tones it down a little and isn't "trying too hard" like he seems to be doing on the other tracks. Plus I think it's the only well written and produced track on his album. Even at that the song isn't great. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10.
