after that, with those to songs on the shelve, the idea to make a(nother) scary movie/video was concieved. that finally resulted in 'ghosts'.. But don't you think that if it was intended to be a movie than just a long ass video (like Thriller), then it would have had a stonger story line and longer running time? They did WHAT??!....

Actually, it did air a few times in the States. BET showed the video once or twice back in the day -- I actually remember seeing it on one of the cable channels way back when. I did not care for the video very much -- I didn't think Michael took the project very seriously. I remember thinking that a lackluster video has been attached to what is perhaps this album's best song... | |

He'd finished the tour and it was well over 18 months after the album had been released. I don't think a big budget would have been cleared and I don't think many people in his circle cared much about the future of the project anymore. | |

He said in his autobiography that he was unhappy with certain aspects of his performance of the 'Thriller' songs on the Victory tour.Being the perfectionist he is, i suspect that's another reason the Victory Tour will stay locked in his vault.
