Radiohead - "Kid A" promotional cinematography [????]

Well, there were no singles pulled from "Kid A", but I do
remember seeing a quite daunting and twisted promo "film"
for the album on TV just before it was released.

And it wasn't just a videoclip for one of the songs. I do
believe it was more of a compilation of songs and sounds,
kind of like "2 whomever it may concern" by Prince, which
was accompanied by very weird images.

It was mostly these cartoon things, which comprised most
of the "Kid A" and "Amnesiac" artwork. Twisted Bears and
Crying Minotaurs, Treefingers and MachineGun Hats. That,
and more.

Can anyone tell me if they've seen this anywhere and can
remember what it is exactly?

See, when I saw it, I tried to watch it but I kept falling
into a stupor caused by too much alcohol.

Is it perhaps available on dvd???

Yup, that's the one I'm talking about. It also had flashes
of a black and white "test screen" kind of thingie. Plus
those mad bears with machineguns and stakeknife dentures
that fly through the air. It was quite an insane feature
I must say. The kind of thing that would send a psycho right
over the edge. Hell, it was enough to make a sane man go
potty.

bawl

I just wanna see it again. and again and again.

There was a series of mini movies released on the radiohead website around the time of Kid A's release, called "blips". They opted to go this route instead of releasing any mainstream videos. The blips were like 30 second or so short films made by a variety of directors, and featured some pretty cool scenes. One was an animated flight through 3D vector shapes resembling the mountains on the cover. Another was a bear getting chased in a desolate snowy landscape. One of the funnier ones was a video of a stuffed bear getting pecked to death by birds.
