So anyway Nodesha is comimg to the UK this week with Jimmy Jam and TERYY LEWIS (Her managers and Producers)
Radio and JJ & TL are proclaiming she is the new Janet
They are giving her mad love right now (alot of pre hype)
they played her first song "GET IT WHILE IT'S HOT! (It's more like mildy warm) It didn't jump out at me
But the DJ'S were saying you heard it here first, remember we had her first" She's the NEW JANET, TAKING OVER
Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis are also giving her the title "THE NEW JANET" She is meant to be their "brain child"
anyway Jimmy and Terry Lewis are bringing her to the U.K for a showcase, I think they have some planned for the states and build some hype. they already forked out for 2 exspensive video clips (she hasn't even released her first single)
What do you guys think of her? Is she hot looking as Janet?
Will Jimmy Jam and Terry lewis be saving all thier hot tracks for their new muse (and investment)?

why would Janet's producers promote another artist in that manner? Are they saying it's time for a "new janet" or can we just keep the old one.

Jimmy & Terry degrading their own kind? That sounds weird. As of right now Ashanti is filling in 4 Janet until she comesback...I hav 2 admit if Janet sung "Rock Wit Chu" it would've been alot cooler, even though the song is still dope.

As some-what of a Janet fan, I hate to say this but Janet's time as a mega-star is just about up. No fault of her own but just the nature of the music world today. These young girls today have their Beyonces and Ashanties. People over 30 used to thrive in the music world back in the day but that's not so much the case now. Janets fans are mostly 30-40 years old at this point and we all know the record companies today, gear everything to the 14-25 crowd. I'm hoping Janet doesn't try and hold onto the youngins by doing a duet with 50 cent, Jay-Z or some dumb shit like that. Just make good music Janet and forget trying to stay on TRLs most wanted.

Welll let's face it, Janet's not too hot now, and Jam&Lewis still want to make big money, that's why they're calling her "the new janet", the bruthas know exactly what they're doing,

Christina and Britney are not worldly enough and are not that cool, as I'm the same age as them, I don't ever look at them as style icons or trend setters, They are so common. like older people use to look Madonna and Janet when they were young (If I hear Christina Agulira say one more time "She is trying to be STREET" i'm knock tha ho off her dildo"
