PM Dawn

What the hell were they smoking? I think it was a cross between speedballing and the X-pill! lol I saw their video "Set Adrift On Memory Bliss" yesterday and it was like a bad car accident-I didn't want to look, but I had no choice! cry What was up with that lace blindfold? I think Prince did a better version of this in his "7" video. Not to mention the lead singer (I think his name is Prince, too) was wearing a moo-moo that said something about Jesus on it. whofarted I'm just lost on this one.

Prince Be is a big dude so if the moo moo fits, wear it!

You've gotta give him his props though. He is a badass musician. I'm also guessing they never really had the peoper budget to do a good video.

Concentrate on the music. Do yourself a favor and get copies of "Jesus Wept" and "F*cked Music".

Like I said, it was all a bad car accident! lol I actually own "The Bliss Album"...somewhere. I used to bump it back in the day, but looking back, I've just come to the conclusion that they were just weird as hell.

Agreed, Jesus Wept is by far one of my fav. cd's that came out of the 90's.. as with Dearest Christian. they are both albums that are deep, and beautiful.

see, what a terrible misconception u have, just by the appearance of a music video. wow, if I was that close minded about music, I would have dropped Prince music long ago.. if I judged by some silly music video.

c'mon

I especially applaud how their songs are arranged. It was such a change from their previous albums when Jesus Wept hit the scene.. in paticular, Sonchynne, Miles from Anything, the 1999 song selection, and a few of the acoustica grooves a la 9:45. These tracks are just arranged so well, and Be has got a great voice. I really suggest to anyone who even remotley dug their radio songs, to just take a peek at Jesus Wept, and Dearest Christian.
