Good subject. This has always been something of a pet peeve of mine. Most of the Parliament/Funkadelic albums have been uneven. They contain 1 or 2 masterpieces but then the rest of the album always seemed like filler. IMO the best P Funk album all the way through is George's "Computer Games". Of course "Atomic Dog" is a classic but "Man's Best Friend/Loopzilla" and "Get Dressed" are as funky as anything Parliament/Funkadelic ever did. "Computer Games" and "One Fun At A Time" were a nice tracks as well although not in the league of other P Funk classics. So to me, this album is as funky as it gets from start to finish.
