We go downtown to see Kirk Jonson hit the drums cuz hes a great guy.It turns out the band he is with is incredible and p does end up jamming there occasionally. Conversation Piece is said to jam tonite at Paisley Park. We will just have to go there and see now won't we?---MHMMM---B

I will be the first to confess. I went to see Wendy and Lisa years ago because of the association, but I was smart enough to know that P wasn't gonna be there. I'm glad I went cuz they were great live and I ended up buying all their albums on their merits alone.

No I never go to any concerts just because. When I go to a concert it has to be for someone that I really want to see. I've been to 100 concerts in my life and I've seen many artists/bands, but these days, I am very choosy as to who I spend my money on.

Naw, takes alot more than some loose association with Prince to get my concert $$$. Heck I've passed up seeing The Time in concert more than a few times, and I actually love them.

Back in the day, if there was Prince/MPLS sound connection I was there!

I saw Dez Dickerson, Sheila E., Jesse Johnson, Mazarati (well, they canceled! ) Jill Jones, I think she opened for Jesse Johnson (or was it Level 42?). I got a chance to see the Time years later (Jesse wasn't even in the group!)

I would go to a Shiela concert.
