And what does this mean?

" The "song" California Love - How Do U Want It? Those are two different songs. As far as I know Roger didn't have anything to do with HDUWI but at the very least this piece mixed up two songs into one. 2Pac and Dre called Roger to help them use that vocoder he mastered perfectly (see More Bounce for instance). It is heavily used in both songs, particularly California Love. | |
