What have you downloaded lately I know, i know, they are coming to arrest me. What jams have you downloaded that are worth telling others about?
Jane Child (remember her?) - Welcome to the real world (remix) 7:39 GREAT!! crankit, its the jam believe it or not... AC/DC (and others) - metal mix. Dance track with You shook me all night long, Def Leppard, Van Halen, GnR, etc. I love this track, i guess because I am an 80's child and I can't believe they made ACDC danceable. Ha! check this one out too. Satisfaction - by Benny Benassi is burning up the radio here in NY. It is getting so much play that it will be sickening in two more weeks, but worth checking ---------------------------------

TLC - Damaged
I saw the video for "Damaged" at work and I liked the song so I started to d/l tracks from 3D TLC - Over Me Read above. K-Os - Superstarr Pt. Zero The video is hot and the dancers in it are crazy. I've always wanted to get this song but I saw the video recently and I was like okay let me download it 702 - Let Your Hair Down I heard 702 broke up and I really was getting into "I Still Love You" so I d/led this one Craig David - Rendezvous Somebody I love loves this song so it reminds me of somebody special Lumidee - Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh) Same as above. Plus people are bumping this song like crazy in the neighborhood I live in in Manhattan, so I have it in my head. Lenny Kravitz - Circus Sometimes you get depressed so I d/led this track because sometimes things get to you KD Lang - Save Me Same as above. Mariah Carey featuring Jermaine Dupri - Sweetheart I decided to take it back. I don't know what made me want to d/l this song, I was humming it one day while I was cleaning so I decided to download it. [This message was edited Mon Jul 7 21:06:38 PDT 2003 by JANFAN4L]

Recently downloaded "I'm In Heaven" by Jason Nevins (featuring Holly James on vocals). Uplifting, melodic dance song that samples MJ's "Human Nature." This is being hailed as the club hit of late summer for good reason. I've had it on repeat for two days now.
Peace, David | |

i rarely download songs that i could buy in a store. what i mainly download are songs i can't find anywhere else. that said, my most recent downloads are-
a handful of outakes from the police album "ghost in the machine" ... a song called "don't believe me baby" stands up to anything they ever released. a bunch of 12" mixes such as debbie gibson "foolish beat" ... the cure "a letter to elise (blue mix)" ... and hashim's "al-naafish" sheila e's b-side "too sexy" radiohead's b-side "faithless the wonder boy" some zappa outakes from the "you are what you is" sessions a buncha early white stripes stuff that was only released on vinyl in small quantities and a buncha live ani difranco. Keep your headphones on.
