that's a hard one too. i'm going to have to go with P.Diddy because his ego has reached maximum heights with this one, even though Puff Daddy was horrible enough

I'm With ya. This dude is sickening on his best day. If you really want to punish yourself, just watch an episode of "Making of the Band II". I don't know who's worse on that show, P Puffy Diddy Daddy or those talent less kids. I feel for the light skinned girl on that show. She seems like a sweet person and actually has some talent but she's stuck with a house and studio full of half-wits.

A rerun of the Daily Show w/Jon Stewart last night mentioned P. Diddy signed a deal with Lincoln to have special edition Navigator's in his name.

Said Jon Stewart: Similar to his music, the new SUVs will actually just be made out of older, better SUVs.

sheesh. If SO many people hate him, WHY is the fool still mumbling on the scene?

I don't know yall. ..I find making of the band hilarious. Puff is running that shit like a police academy. Did yall see when he made them learn rapper's delight and juicy and the singer couldn't get it straight? I thought that was hella funny...But then I have been known to have a warped sense of humor.

Also gonna have 6 TV screens and 3 DVD players, IN ONE FUCKING CAR!!! ???!?!?!?

Oh, and it's gonna cost about $30,000 US MORE than a regular Navigator, which isn't exactly cheap to begin with.

poor Sarah, she is stuck in that senseless situation with those idiots. I think she is the ONLY talented one of the group. Making them go get him cheesecake! Simon Cowell he is not. You can take them out of the ghetto and put them in a hummer, but you can't get class out of a Sean John jersey

so could Hammer, he paid everyone on the block until he couldn't buy another hit. I think Diddy will have lots of $$$, then get shot, divorced, or provoke another riot and have to pay mad court costs. Eventually, it will be in someone else's hands.

I know it sounds crazy, but I can actually understand the biography reading thing; I mean after all, when you want to learn how to sucessfully see a goal through, it's not unual to look an expert on your topic of interest. As for Poofy-Poo overall, I'm generally not a fan of his. But I do
know that no matter how ridiculous he comes off, he's still a power player in "the game". In other words, though he dosen't mean jack didley to US, he does have a good amount of respect amongst his industry colleagues, and I'm not referring to the Suge Knight types rather than the old timer industry "suits". He's also alot more business savvy than he comes off with all that extra "persona" crap that we see on TV. He's definitely playing this thing for keeps. I've been to Bad Boy headquarters, and I have to say that though he looks like a damn clown half the time for his media stuff...that brotha runs a TIGHT ASS SHIP.

Now if we could just get him to drop all that Pee-pee-didley -doo-doo mess...

But then, those names are part of his "brand image", & being the "bottom line" kind of guy that he is in business matters, I doubt we will be relieved from that silliness any time soon.

i actually used to loathe puff, but now as i am older and more understanding of the music industry and what it takes to make it i actually appreciate the hell of puff.

his work ethic when he was first getting started out and trying to get on was impressive.

he has redefined himself and is still doing his thing.
i dont agree/like some of the music he puts out, but as a business man i think he is smart.

i actually enjoy making the band II. it is funny and interesting. i agree that those kids are wack, but i think the story lines are quite good. those bratty ass kids should be made to read russel simmons biography and learn the words to rapers delight, etc. i mean how can they be fronting like they "hip hop" and dont even know the 1st verse to rappers delight? gimme a break.

anyway, you dont have to love puff, but dont front on what he has done and worked for.

You have got to be kidding me! Do you think when you go out to Nashville to make it big they make you sing old Loretta Lynn songs to see if you know your contry history? If you got it, you bring it. I love Rappers Delight but some of those kids were not even born when the song came out. Do rock acts today have to show that they know Led Zep lyrics, or words to Beatles songs. That is the Teacher trippin, not the students. Those kids have an IDIOT as a teacher. They need a real professional teaching them the industry, not how to walk to Brooklyn for some f*7king cheese cake! Bling bling bullshit, walking up in your suits and fancy ride. If they want to strive to be like that piece of jacked up trash, go ahead. There will be no platinum records and no strech escalades in theur future. Find another mentor.

nashville and country music aint hip hop. hip hop aint just music it is a lifestyle and a culture. a lifestyle and culture that a lot of people take very serious. it involves grafitti, breakin, turtablism, beat boxing, dress, attitude, freestyling, etc.

i cant really speak on country music because i dont buy/listen to it. i am sure a lot of rock acts today do know led zepplins songs and riffs along with the beattles, etc. there sure are enough acts to come out in the past 10 years that sound just like them. (lenny, oasis, etc.)

plus you have to realize this is a damn tv show on mtv.

i dont care if the kids dont know rappers delight or not, but they should. anyone who wants to do something seriously show know what they are getting into and research and learn about it before trying to jump into it. thats like going for a job interview and not knowing shit about the company you are trying to get a job with.

hell if i was puffy those damn kids would have to know a lot more about hip hop than rappers delight.

you obviously have no respect for puffy or his music and that is fine, but dont front. you know your ass has danced to some of his production and music before. right? i guess you didnt like mary j's first album (whats the 411?) or any of biggie's stuff. if you ever went to any club during the 90's your ass was dancing to a song that puffy had something to do with. period

dont front.

I guess, to speak your language, I ain't frontin', never have fronted, never will front.

now..

You are so sucked up into the sterotype of hip hop and its image and what its suppose to represent, that you think everyone who knows rappers delight, beatboxes, break dances, dresses a certain way and can spray grafitti, is true hip hop. Get real and wake up. I guess to be true to the group they should all get gold chains, gold teeth, new addias with no laces, and a fresh kangol.

And I don't buy country but I think it also is a lifestyle and culture that they take very seriously, but everyone doesn't wear a cowboy hat and a shiny big ass belt buckle.

Hip hop does not need to be created or formed to fit some kind of bling bling mold.

And I am not crapping on P's music at all, he has some good jams, I just don't like him, what he represents, or who he trys to manipulate. You, on the other hand, buy his music, love his style, support him and think he is doing a great job. I think he is an idiot. (oh, did i just front? What the hell does that mean anyway?)

And for your job interview reference, these are kids that do not know a thing about the business, they just know what is playing on their nearest radio. They want to go on tour and be stars. If they are true hip hop, they will make it, no matter how they dress or how good they beat box.

Now somebody scream! (they have to say that at every show too, hope they don't forget)

John Stewart? You know what, I think that was Lewis Black, who does a little section each week on the show and kills! He is by far the best thing about that semi-boring show.
