I wonder what Missy & Timbaland thought of Bob George...matter of fact Jay Z too.

I imagine they found it hilarious as most folk do.

It is a great tune.

Don't 4get D'Angelo & Chicken Grease,,,I heard many describe it as the ultimate Bob George tribute. I don't agree but its true,,the brotha dii pay a tribute 2 this song in CG but its not the ultimate.

I agree, but CG didn't have but one background voice that was screwed in the Bob George voice.

I think Andre 3000 did an awesome job of paying homage to Prince on "Stankonia." "Red Velvet" (Linn Drums and Bob George/Camille voices),"Ms. Jackson" (Backwards congas drums and Linn Drums circa 1986), and "Toilet Tisha" (Drums and vocals) are nothing but Prince homages!!! Can't wait until Speakerboxxx/The Love Below drops!!! headbang

True. I think "Stanklove" was definitely a homage to some early Funkadelic. Joi and Whild Peach in the background singing with that funky ass Eddie Hazel-like guitar in the background. Also that pounding headache-like drumbeat has Tiki Fulwood all over it!!! headbang
