A Larry Garhm Classic (one in a million) I know y'all know that classic R&B song one in a million. by Larry Garahm, but check this out. Just recently I met a couple of ladies who where Jehova witness. They where staying over at my grandmother's hosue, because of the Jevoah witnne convention they have every year. You know with me being a Prince fan in all, I had 2 ask them a few questions

Sorry, but I think this is one of the worst songs ever,I can't stand those vocals!!! I DON'T WANT TO BE NORMAL,because normal is part of the status quo, which I don't want to be a part of- Tori Amos

I don't like "One In A Million" either. Larry Graham's voice never appealed to me. And I don't believe that when he recorded it, that it had anything to do with the JWs. I think that interpretation might have come along later. That has happened with lots of music, the change in interpretation to coincide with some change in belief. Never trust anything spoken in the presence of an erection.

You should listen to the first three Graham Central Station records. His voice and baze playing are amazing. The groove is untouchable.
