Atlanta Gay Pride this weekend. I know there's lots of Atl orgers.
Are any of you going to Pride this weekend? My band is playing the main stage on Saturday. ( www.flyfunk.com ) If you're not going - are you afraid? Have fun at the ATL Pride cele, I was there in in 2001. They turned it out. I am hittin the NYC festivities this weekend. It's already started, had a kickoff at the park last night with Sharon Gless, and Gale Harold from QAF, Martha Wash and others this week.

the pride parade/festival stuff in mpls starts up this friday...cyndi lauper's gonna be havin a concert here, too (which i won't be able to see, cuz i'm almost broke  )!!! i went to the parade last year for the first time (the parade passes nearby my house), and it wuz sooo much fun!!! i'm goin again--the parade's this sunday.

Where is it? At Piedmont Park? Any charge to go? Can I bring my dogs?

I'm straight but any reason to get out of the house for a festival is a good one. I'm pretty sure it's free. Pets are allowd. Just be prepared to see any and everything. The Atlanta Jazz Festival is always a favorite of mine! | |
