you should learn the baseline to "The Chain" byu Fleetwood Mac--the bass solo before it gets fast at the end--very good!

That brotha's riffs were ruff!! Big Slave fan here as well. I have mentioned this before on another thread but have you ever heard the post Steve Arrington album "Bad Enuff"? There are some really good tracks on there. Mark laid down some nasty basslines on that album too the best being "In and Out". Bringing Together Five Decades of R&B/Funk/Soul/Dance
