New York Magazine reports that Junior Vasquez has gotten Madonna’s blessing to remix her next single, 'Hollywood', but her rep insists that the dueling divas haven't settled their differences. "Madonna did it as a personal favor," Liz Rosenberg said. "I can assure you that Madonna will never work with Junior again." That favor was for Donatella Versace, who wanted the track included in the runway music that Vasquez is producing for her spring 2004 men’s show in Milan this month

I remember reading the fallout started when Junior put out
the club hit "If Madonna Calls". Junior sampled a Private message Madonna left on his machine. I think he did this without her permission. I think she felt used.

I also remember reading an article on Junior where he says that they (Madonna) were never friends. Who nows if any of this is true.

It's got nothing 2 do with the Erotica era. It's all about that phone message thing. His main Madonna remixes stem from the Bedtime Stories album. Junior was really big on his M association, Madonna frequented his Soundfactory shindigs quite often in the early 90's. He did several un-official remixes after the fall out. He's a bitter queen.

There aint one single remix he did 4 Prince that was any good. SO over-rated it aint funny.

The clip is of her saying (in a real snotty voice)..."Hello Junior? This is Madonna. Are you there? Call me in Miami"

And Junior goes on to say "If madonna calls, tell her I'm not here" and "disconnect her! disconnect her! dis dis dis dis disconnect her!"

Its a funny track, they used to play it at the clubs all the time.

I have heard the "Hollywood" remixes and they're cool.This song will do well in the clubs.And the video is said to be a cross between "Vogue" and "Express Yourself",it premieres on MTV and VH1 next week.
