50 Cent totally sucks! I like hip-hop,but for the life of me,I can't figure out why so many people like this guy.He's not a great rapper by any means,and he doesn't have an original flow or style.In fact,there's nothing original about him.Is this what hip-hop has evolved into? It's not even about talent anymore.All you gotta do is live the gangsta lifestyle,get shot and/or arrested a few times,and suddenly,you can become a platinum-selling hip-hop star.

Davideye - you hit the nail right on the head. The only reason that this guy is popular is because he's friends with Eminem and because he lives the gangster lifestyle. For reasons beyond me, I can't understand why so many people put thugs like him on such a pedestal. He is a loser that should probably be dead or in jail. Some people think he's so cool because he's been shot 9 times. Give me a fuckin break! These are probably the same people who think he looked really cool on the MTV movie awards wearing a bullet proof vest. Come on people, don't we have better taste in music than this? Looking at his records sales, I guess not. Very sad indeed.

He brags about how many times he has been shot (which is 9 times). 2Pac and Biggy were shot the same amount of times and died, so now he thinks that he's eternal. In da Club is an example of most of 2days hip hop/rnb:
its cool 2 getcha groove on2 in a club...but hear it anywhere else & u just wana put a bullet thru the tv/radio.

Remember when The Chronic album was out, Snoop Dogs 1st album, Ice Cube's The Predator, Above The Law, The Pharycyde, Cypress Hills 1st album, Beastie Boys Check Your Head. Man, that was the real deal. When did hip hop go bad? Who's fault was that?
