What are your favourite remastered cds; and why?

I'm ecstatic to say the least. Finally released...

These all have been remasteres and have unreleased tracks and remixes. Ok..the Lisa Stansfield b-sides I already had. But the collection is great. All her cds! Some with new covers,liner notes,ETC.. They Kylie cds have the same cover, but come with bonus remixes and other rare tracks. New liner notes, and pictures!! The sound is really clear and sounds great on my surround sound system!
Now if only MADONNA and PRINCE could come out with their remastered collections.

So..which ones have you been excited or were excited about getting?

The Bowie ones are brilliant. Both the Rykodisc and Virgin for different reasons.

I'm really looking forward to the Eurythmics ones this year and The Cure next year.

Michael Jacksons 'Bad' (and Thriller) and Hounds of love by Kate Bush.

My favorites would be:

Blondie- the first 6 albums all contain outstanding bonus material and needed to be remastered badly.

David Bowie- Ryko or Virgin, depending on the album.

Madonna- Madonna- just for the alternate versions of Burning Up and Lucky Star.

Heaven or Las Vegas

Remastered by Robin Guthrie(guitarist) himself! Looking forward to the remastered Alad Insane by Bowie later this month!
