ok it's on HBO right now-that's the only reason why I'm actually watching it for the 2nd time (ha ha). There are some scenes where Mariah is sporting like a silver Band-Aid in the most weird places on her body! Does anyone know what the point of that was?

I have only seen that movie once but i have never noticed that bandaid thingy.I will have 2 check it out again.

Hahaha..I noticed it as well. I think it's supposed to be "glitter" LOL Or I guess maybe they thought it was an 80's thing..Sort of like Adam Ant and his black stripes over his face. I see that in some of the 80's videos. Maybe that was the intent. But I agree, it did look rather daft!! :LOL:

It was supposed to start this new trend of wearing silver body/glitter paint on your shoulder. Kind of an 80's retro trendy thing...also the 'sweat shorts' she wore were also predicted to start a fashion trend that year...obviously you know what happened...

but it looked like a band aid! not like body glitter at all! it just looked DUMB!! lol
