Prince murdered Jackson in about 86/87 after the James Brown gig. At the murder scene when the police busted in Prince hid the body and grabbed a mask of some white guy. He then pretended he was Michael Jackson and for the next 18 years and no one has noticed yet.

LK isn't on Shout, but I SWEAR Janet is the female voice talking simultaneously in the background with MJ for the last verse. Teddy Riley produced it. Shout was on the Cry single over here so i have had that song for AGES! but i cant hear a female voice in there. 30seconds later.... ok NOW i can slightly hear it but i cant tell if it's Janet or not. Great thread! I love discusssing outtakes,unreleased songs and albums,etc.I have a few questions regarding MJ's unreleased recordings...
***One of the songs that got left off the 'Bad' album in 1987 was an anti-crack song recorded with Run-DMC.Do you guys know the name of this song and have you heard it? ***I can't remember where I read this,but I heard that Anita Baker's song "Mystery" was originally intended for MJ.Her song appears on her 1986 album 'Rapture' and imo,it's the highlight of that album.Does anybody know the scoop? ***Strange but true...I also heard that Madonna's 1986 song "La Isla Bonita" was also intended for Michael! I bet there are a TON of unreleased tracks recorded for 'Invincible' (other than the ones that are listed above).Considering all the money that MJ spent on this album,perhaps he should salvage his investment by releasing those songs someday? Maybe a 'Crystal Ball' type compilation would be a cool idea.

the song "Nightline" was also done by the Pointer Sisters (noch much better) and was written by: (Glen Ballard / Davey Faragher / Brie Howard) Glen Ballard, what a coincidense. Anyway its on the B Side of the 45 of Automatic single, and appears on their album "Break Out" from 1983. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
