Hav u seen Michael J's "Captain EO"??

If u hav is it good?

What does it look like?

Are the moves tight? Did they show it in its entirety on the VH1 Jacksons week in 1995?

I love it. It's cheezy and beautiful. I saw it in 3D at Disneyland a gazillion (well, like a dozen) times when I was younger. I actually videotaped the screen and stole a pair of glasses so I could watch it at home (it worked!).

I was a big MJ fan. biggrin

Oh, yes! I remember Captain EO! Me and my family used to see that film EVERYTIME we went to Disneyland. I used to go to Disneyland every year when I was a kid and we watched it for like 11-12 years straight! It was in Tomorrowland in the Magic Eye Theater right under Space Mountain. I remember they would give us these purple-framed 3-D glasses and we would go in a dark theater and Michael would come on the screen. It was reminscent of Star Wars (maybe because it was directed by George Lucas). The moves were definitely tight. Michael sung "We Are Here To Change The World" and "Another Part of Me," the dancers were tight! Michael was GOING OFF in the film. He was dancing hardcore. Of course it was made in the 80s so you have a lot of robotic movements and b-boying/breakdancing in the film. But yeah me and my family LOVED watching that movie and then afterwards we would go on Space Mountain!! Yeahh.

MTV showed "Captain EO" in its entirely back in 1995 on the channel around the time of HIStory. It was like this big Michael Mania day on MTV and they showed the whole film. It lasts about 15-20 minutes. If you want more information on the film including pictures, articles, full script and even the complete MP3 of the film, check out this great website: http://www.thrillmountain...=24&att=61 Plus, run a Google search for "Captain EO" and I'm pretty sure you can find the entire film somewhere online in Quicktime or Real One Format.

No, I don't think I've seen it.

But, I *FEEL* like I have for some reason. Has MJ always been this ubiquitous? Goodness!

You brought back some nice memories right there. I really miss Captian EO at Disnyland.
