"Accidents Will Happen" - Elvis Costello I know nuthin about the man or shit, but I know that this song is the shit! 
I saw the video on VH1 classics and I jus had 2 hav it... How did it do on the charts? Straight Jacket Funk Affair

accident's will happen didn't really chart in the u.s. it went to #28 in the u.k. it is on "armed forces" which is one of the absolutely great ec albums. it has been re-released as a 2 disc set, with rarities, b-sides, and demos. go get it, it is great.
elvis never really had smash hits on the charts. he always sold respectably, but nothing like prince in the 80's ------------------------------------------------

It's pretty suprising if you ask me! | |

OMG - I remember taping this song off the radio when I was a young 'un and playing it over and over and over... Think I had a live version...
Those were the days when radio stations would do little live gigs on the radio... aah, the good old days. | |

dude..elvis is the shit...i wish i could have gotten into him alot earlier than i did. i just started buying his albums about 8 months ago...and hes been around forever..and has a million albums...hes a fantastic songwriter/performer...i havent heard a bad album yet!! just wish i would have gotten into him earlier...so that i could have seen him live more than just the one time that i have
